Shipping

Each piece is handmade and hand-beaded with a lot of care, thoughtfulness and love for you. Please allow 3-5 working days for each piece of jewellery to be made before it is shipped out. Note that all pieces are handmade and shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For customised pieces allow an extra 2 working days for each piece of jewellery before it is shipped out. 

Shipping Timing's

Domestic Shipping

UAE Shipping: Shipping is free on orders over 150AED!

Orders will be shipped via Time Express with tracking. Once an order has been shipped, delivery time is usually between 1-3 business days

International Shipping

Orders for our international customers will be shipped out with DHL Express Shipping only. Shipping fees are calculated at check-out.

  • Delivery time for GCC countries is 1-3 business days
  • Delivery time for Middle East is 3-8 business days
  • Delivery time for Asia is 6-8 business days
  • Delivery time for Europe is 3-8 business days
  • Delivery time for North America is 5-9 business days
  • Delivery time for the rest of the world is 7-10 days

Shipping fees will be calculated at check-out. 

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the total for check out. Nostalgia Girls is not responsible or liable for any taxes, customs and duties charges that may incur. For more information on these costs, we advise you to refer to your country’s government website for more information.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your postal address is correct and secure. Please remember that once a an item has been shipped, Nostalgia Girls, is not responsible for address errors, shipping delays due to busy postal periods, and custom clearances.

We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.  

 

Returns

Due to the rarity and one of a kind nature of our pieces, all items are final sale. We do not accept returns.

In the event that your jewellery or ceramic arrives damaged or with fault, please email us an image of your damaged product immediately at support@nostalgiagirls.com for possible solutions.
