Can you customise the sizing of the jewellery?

Yes, pieces can be customised to suit any measurements! Leave your requests in the 'Customisation Requests' box at checkout or drop us a direct message on Instagram with your request

Will you restock any of your limited edition jewellery pieces?

Unfortunately, some pieces are very limited in quantity and will be taken down once they are sold out.

Are the jewellery pieces waterproof?

Due to the delicate nature of our jewellery we recommend avoiding any direct contact with water, perfumes, lotions and other cosmetics when wearing your jewellery. We also suggest to clean your jewellery pieces with a soft cloth after each wear to ensure that they remain free of any harmful chemicals, or daily damages that may impact the nacre of the pearls, layer of gold, and the shine of the glass beads.

Ceramic FAQ's

Will you make/ restock more of the ceramic(s) that I saw?

Each piece is one of a kind and individual pieces of art that won't be repeated. Once a piece has been sold it will be removed from the site. You can however place a custom order for a ceramic that has been previously sold before. More details on placing a custom ceramic order can be found here 

How often do you release a ceramic drop?

Some ceramic drops sell out faster than others, and so we suggest you follow us on Instagram for the next drop details and sign up to our email newsletter to receive exclusive ceramic drop details 

Are your ceramics food, microwave and dishwasher safe?

All our ceramics are food safe. But we don't recommend dishwashing or microwaving your ceramic as it can increase the general wear and ageing of the mug. More information on caring for your ceramic can be found here

General FAQ's

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer VISA, Mastercard AMEX, Apple Pay and Google Pay as our credit card payment methods! We also accept Paypal and, offer Cash on Delivery for UAE orders only! 

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

All pieces are made to order for you therefore all items are final sale and Nostalgia Girls does not accept cancellations, refunds or exchanges.

In the event that your jewellery or ceramic arrives damaged or with fault, please email us an image of your damaged good immediately at support@nostalgiagirls.com for possible solutions.

We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. 

Where do you ship to?

Each piece of jewellery is handmade and hand-beaded with a lot of care, thoughtfulness and love for you. Please allow 3-5 working days for each piece of jewellery and ceramic before it is shipped out. Note that all pieces are handmade and shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Once your order has been dispatched you receive an email from us notifying you, and any relevant couriers will send e-mail updates to let you know when your parcel is arriving as well.

Domestic Shipping

UAE Shipping: Orders will be shipped via Time Express with tracking. Once an order has been shipped, delivery time is usually between 1-3 business days

International Shipping

Orders for our international customers will be shipped out with DHL Express Shipping only. Shipping fees are calculated at check-out.

  • Delivery time for GCC countries is 1-3 business days
  • Delivery time for Middle East is 3-8 business days
  • Delivery time for Asia is 6-8 business days
  • Delivery time for Europe is 3-8 business days
  • Delivery time for North America is 5-9 business days
  • Delivery time for the rest of the world is 7-10 days
