The Jewellery Custom Process
Custom jewellery orders are one of our hottest selling items and the best way to personalise your next favourite piece of jewellery or accessory
We offer just about any custom jewellery and accessory item, all you have to do is ask!
For the quickest response from us, we kindly ask that you drop us a Direct Message on Instagram with your custom request, or email us at hello@nostalgiagirls.com. If you have a specific budget in mind, please let us know. Be sure to include any reference pictures whether it be your own or from our page, as well as any other important details you would like included in your custom piece. We accept all forms of references - some of our girls love to send us drawings of what they’ve envisioned for their perfect custom piece!
Hot Tip: The more details you send us the quicker the process will be!
Once we have all the necessary design details from you, please allow 3-5 working days for sample designs to be sent to you - this is your chance to let us know if any changes or additions need to be made to your piece! Depending on the request and on how busy we are fulfilling standard orders, the lead time for samples can differ but you will be notified accordingly.
After we have settled on the final sample and have received your approval, your piece will be closed off and prepared to be shipped out to its new loving home! Before the product leaves us we will ask you for your full shipping details and confirm that your payment has been received in full.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our pearls and beads, no two items will be identical and that slight variations in the beads and colours may also occur.

The Custom Ceramics Process
Another super loved option amongst our customers is custom ceramics - they make the perfect gifts and are a great way to order a ceramic that has already been sold with your own twist✨
To place a custom ceramic order, please drop us a Direct Message on Instagram with your custom request, or email us at hello@nostalgiagirls.com. If we have ceramics available for customisation we will share the available options with you, otherwise we kindly ask that you share a style of ceramic, whether it be our own or one you have found with us for reference. Please note due to the nature of our ceramics and building process, ceramics will not come out exactly identical to previous styles.
After we have settled on the style of ceramic, we kindly ask that you also share the design you would like featured on your ceramic piece. These can be images of cartoons, anime, our previous designs or whatever else you have in mind. Once we have agreed on both the style of ceramic and design that will be featured on your custom piece, we will share the total cost of your order and ask for a non-refundable downpayment of only 20% to be paid to secure your order.
Once we have received your downpayment we will then begin working on your piece. Custom ceramics can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks. The exact timeframe will be shared with you during the design stage.
The remaining balance will be requested after the final firing of the ceramic piece. In the event that your ceramic is damaged whilst in the kiln, or during any part of the process that is out of control, you have the right to cancel your order. Otherwise, the remaining balance will reflect any damages or imperfections that occur outside our control. Before your ceramic leaves us we will ask you for your full shipping details and confirm that your payment has been received in full.
