Each piece is handmade and hand-beaded with a lot of care, thoughtfulness and love for you. Please allow 3-5 working days for each piece of jewellery to be made before it is shipped out. Note that all pieces are handmade and shipped from the United Arab Emirates.

For customised pieces allow an extra 2 working days for each piece of jewellery before it is shipped out.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your postal address is correct and secure. Please remember that once a an item has been shipped, Nostalgia Girls, is not responsible for address errors, shipping delays due to busy postal periods, COVID-19 and custom clearances.

We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. 

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Shipping fees will be calculated at check-out. 

Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the total for check out. Nostalgia Girls is not responsible or liable for any taxes, customs and duties charges that may incur.
